The HRMS seamlessly incorporates new additions to the workforce in PMC Municipal School; efficiently processing payroll for employees every month. Tax calculation and deductions, wage increments, DA and HRA increases, Retirals Management, Supplementary Bills, Festival Advances etc. are managed in the HRMS Portal. The Pensioner data is managed and maintained and their payroll is generated each month. Increase in DA, withholding of pensions, backdated pension, supplementary bills etc. are generated from the Pensioner payroll portal.
