It is a Library which brings a facility of an online library to the students from their homes. The library has the facility to view the catalogs online and reserve resources. It also has the facilities to view video lectures uploaded by the college. The Library is integrated with the student database, thereby providing a seamless interface for resource ciculation. The Library has the facility to propose and approve books by stake holders, to requisition and purchase order placement to Suppliers, Accession and cataloguing to ciculation of books. Stock checking process is also available in the software

PMC Municipal school used a Government application for pensioner payroll purpose, which was slow and not available most of the times. It was as good as a manual system, hence they wanted to switch to a web based fully automated application.

The HRMS seamlessly incorporates new additions to the workforce in PMC Municipal School; efficiently processing payroll for employees every month. Tax calculation and deductions, wage increments, DA and HRA increases, Retirals Management, Supplementary Bills, Festival Advances etc. are managed in the HRMS Portal. The Pensioner data is managed and maintained and their payroll is generated each month. Increase in DA, withholding of pensions, backdated pension, supplementary bills etc. are generated from the Pensioner payroll portal.
